Comments:MH 2301 - Oh my goodness, this class was amazing! Dr. Whitt is fantastic!! He is such an amazing teacher and is engaging/funny with his students but also can deliver very heavy information. I really enjoyed this class, even though it had a fairly heavy workload. There is a lot of reading in this class and lots of essays as well. However, if you stay on top of your work, I see no reason why you wouldn't do well! I think his tests are moderately difficult but very very fair. They are easy if you put the work in! I love Dr. Whitt, his story, and this class. It is worth putting in the work for. One of my favorite MH classes so far!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:Scriptures, Heritage - Okay. Breathe in. If you haven’t read the Bible as part of your family unit, these classes may be hard for you. Even as someone who was raised in the Bible Belt, Heritage was a hard class. But Whitt does everything he can to make classes fair, and offers plenty of guiding on what will be on a test or exam. You might want to rewrite your notes when you get home, and you’ll want a study group before you get an exam. Whitt is very helpful when he’s called upon, and he wants his students to do well in his course. He’ll probably help with my thesis later on.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:MH 2301 - Dr. Whitt truly has a passion for teaching Christian Spirituality and Healthcare. I did not know what to expect out of this class at first but found it to be fascinating as the semester progressed. The class has a fair amount of work that demands multiple hours a week outside of class for assigned readings, reflection essays, and weekly quizzes/ journal entries. I found the exams to be challenging, so I recommend studying well before the day of the exam(s). At times, this class felt like it was a lot of work, but Dr. Whitt made the learning material interesting and engaging each class. He truly cares about his students and wants to see each one succeed beyond his class and beyond his/her years at Baylor.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:GTX 2301 - Great Text is just a terrible class altogether, unless your'e crazy and like reading 400 page long books in a week. But besides the course itself, Whitt was a pretty good professor, he is a great lecturer and a funny guy. Besides all the reading my only complaint was I didn't feel like he prepared the class enough for the tests, but they weren't too hard so it wasn't a big deal. As long as you go to class, take notes, and read sparknotes, you should be fine. I didn't read anything but sparknotes all semester and got a B. If I had taken notes, it would have helped a ton for the tests because he doesn't give any kind of review.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:1350 - He's very smart and demands performance, but if you read and do the assignments, you do fine on daily stuff. Just put the time in, and you can do well. I didn't do well because simply just didnt put in the time.  - Grade In Class:D

Comments:HERTIAGE - THE KOOLEST PROF THAT I KNOW. YOU HAVE TO READ IN HIS CLASS BECAUSE HE LOVES FOR THE CLASS TO QUESTION..IF YOU DONT HE TENDS TO GET A LITTLE UPSET. BUT OVER ALL HE IS THE GREATEST....AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR BUT SCRIPTURES AND HERITAGE.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:1350 - Whitt is a good teacher who does his best to cram about 2000 years of church history into a semester. Quizzes come from the readings although if you pay attention to the lectures you can figure questions out. He had 6 writting assignments which as long as you have a good argument that is clearly explained aren't that bad. Exams were harder because you have to remember so many names and events.  - Grade In Class:C

Comments:rel 1350 - Dr. Whitt is an interesting and engaging lecturer. There will definately be reading that must be done to pass the quizzes. Occasional papers are assigned. Exams are fair, GO to the review session, practically the entire test is covered. Everything that is covered in the reading is lectured over, and the tests align with what is actually talked about. Tests are multiple choice plus really short essay questions. No trick questions. Dr. Whitt practically begs to help you in any way he can, and is super understanding if you get sick or have a crisis.   - Grade In Class:A

Comments:Christian Scriptures - He is a great professor that kept me awake at 8AM. His study sessions are extremely helpful and he's always willing to help you!   - Grade In Class:A

Comments:Christian Scriptures - Whitt is a GREAT teacher! If he can make scriptures interesting and funny at 8:00AM, he's got to be awesome. He's very entertaining and very personable; always willing to help you out if you have any questions. The tests are pretty easy; multiple choice with a few short answers, straight from the study guide. He gives you a review session the night before the test. GO TO THESE. The book really is more or less a study aide, not a necessity. Quizzes are the only annoying thing. You take 12, and he drops your 2 lowest. My suggestion: TAKE WHITT. : )  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1310 - Very Cool teacher. Very Willing to Help. Tests can be decieving, but passable. If it wasn't for the curse of being a science major I could of made an A.  - Grade In Class:B
