Comments:1391 - Dr. B is the most wonderful professor I have ever had. She makes lectures extremely interesting, so you forget about the no-electronics rule. She gives out a review sheet for each test, including the final, so there is no question about what is and isn't on the exam. The projects you do during class are helpful, and she grades extremely fairly. If you're struggling or going through a hard time, please don't hesitate to reach out to her. She wants to see all of her students succeed so take the time to get to know her on a personal level. She is truly a one-of-a-kind professor, and I would love to have her again if I could - Grade In Class:B+
Comments:1391 - Dr. Brunson is a wonderful teacher and person. She teaches a bunch of classes in the ADM department including the internship, and that continuity is really nice. Her class is a "no-technology zone" which she does enforce. I feel like that policy is unnecessary and dated; but then again, that's my only real complaint. Despite not having an A in her class, I feel that I learned so much. - Grade In Class:B
Comments:ADM 1391 - Dr. B is a great teacher but the work for the class can be a little hard to keep up with if you aren't actively on it. You have to do the readings and make sure that you take notes. The tests are really hard if you just try and study the night before because we cover almost 6-8 chapters at a time. You can't really cram 8 chapters in one night. If she tells you in class that something might be on the test it will be. - Grade In Class:B
Comments:adm 1391 - She made the class so interesting with her enthusiasm and fun stories. Great for an intro class. Very general, easy information. - Grade In Class:A
Comments:Visual - I LOVE Dr. B. She relates everything with every class she teaches to real life situations. She makes you feel comfortable in the class room and always wants to have a discussion about topics in class so she can really gage students views about the material. Usually you will have a project or presentation that will be your biggest grade in the class. She is super chill and very understanding of personal situations. Tests are not easy but they are the material learned in class- unless you completely blow it off you will be fine. - Grade In Class:B
Comments:4340 - Mrs. Brunson's teaching ability is astounding! She relates class topics to every day life in a truly enjoyable setting. Don't worry about the work load, it is not large at all! In fact, I had a blast doing the assignments and learned a ton with each one! - Grade In Class:A
Comments:1391 - Great teacher! Super fun and interesting. The tests are harder than the class would suggest. Not difficult but just be sure to go over the vocab. Go over the notes a little, but mainly the vocab. You'll love her! - Grade In Class:A
Comments:1391 - Oh my gosh I LOVE Dr. B! She makes her class so enjoyable & she always has the best videos or stories to tell during class. She even sings while she lectures sometimes to get us hyped up! Her tests for Intro to Apparel are a bit difficult. She gives a review sheet before each test, but make sure you read the book as well. There are a lot of questions from the book. She also uploads all of her powerpoints on Blackboard so that is also extremely helpful. Prepare to have SO much fun in her class! - Grade In Class:A
Comments:FCS 3393 - This class has very little structure. You learn more about her personal life than your class. The class is fun though--you get to do window displays and do a fashion show. Great easy class. - Grade In Class:A
Comments:FCS 3350 - I didn't know what to expect out of this class since there were no reviews for it. I took it to add more hours to my schedule. I really only think you should take this class if you're an older student or at least a junior (senior, preferably). The class is all about preparing you for your future, so doing the things the book talks about would be really helpful. The family project was ridiculously detailed and unnecessarily realistic. It's hypothetical, not real, chill out. Brunson is an awesome teacher, very enthusiastic about what she teaches, you can tell she really loves it. Lively and energetic, you won't regret taking her. It's just the class is a waste of time unless you really need it. - Grade In Class:B+
Comments:2311 - Dr. Brunson is seriously the best Professor I have ever EVER had and I honestly miss not having her as a professor this semester. She has an excellent style of teaching in that makes class both fun and humorous but educational at the same time. I had heard so many terrible things about Textiles before I took it and I walked away from the class having learned so much! She is always open to help her students at any time even at 5 o'clock in the morning on the phone on her way up to the school! She truly cares about each one of her students and is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. I feel very bad for any student going through Baylor that does not get to take a class from Rochelle Brunson. - Grade In Class:C
Comments:1231 - Awesome teacher. She's extremely sweet, helpful, and stays in her office a lot when you need her. She makes the class very fun, and she cares about her student. I would take her again. - Grade In Class:B+
Comments:2310 - Oh sweet Dr. Brunson, or as some call her Dr. Roro! HANDS DOWN the BEST PROFESSOR I've had at Baylor so far! She took the class from Dr. Luisk this year and she is amazing. She truly cares for each and everyone of her students and its shows. Yes the class is intense and extremely hard but her huge heart & dry sense of humor made it well worth getting up for at 8 AM. If I could I would take every class she offers. - Grade In Class:C+
Comments:2310 - Sweet, adorable lady with a funny little dry sense of humor. She inherited the class this year from Dr. Lusk, who has made it painfully hard to pass in prior years. Dr. Brunson is very understanding and interested in making sure you understand the material. The class is a little disorganized because the weekly lab sometimes seems like a completely different entity and sometimes it ties in closely with lecture. listen in class, read the powerpoints, at least skim the chapters, and you should be ok. - Grade In Class:A
