Comments:PSY 3308 - I really wanted to enjoy this class but just couldn't get into it. The lecture is not engaging at all. I would read and take notes over the textbook to prepare for the class, but then people who only studied the powerpoints would get higher grades than me, so apparently don't waste your time with the textbook. Dr. Limbers is a very kind woman, but the lectures are just so dull.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:3330 - So, she makes her powerpoints pretty much in step with the text book. She doesn't test on random facts too much, and sticks to whats on the powerpoints for test questions. She's SO SWEET too. Seriously, she is so worth getting to know and she will bend over backwards to help you if you aren't understanding something very well. Her lecture style is a little boring, but the class is worth taking.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3321 - Before you look at my grade and think "oh man she struggled I can't take this professor" just hear me out. Dr. Limbers is a very kind lady who is very knowledgable in the field of psychology. I actually did learn a lot from her class and she showed a lot of videos during lecture to help give a visual of whatever she was teaching. My only problem with this class was her exams. A lot of students were very successful in this class and didn't struggle at all, but for me her exams did not properly measure the amount of information I actually knew coming into the exam. For me she worded her questions weird and gave a lot of "this person is showing these different symptoms and acts a certain way. What could a possible diagnosis be?" Her answer choices would be so similar to each other and if you didn't know the smallest little detail about a specific disease you would get the answer wrong. And there is only 4 exams; no homework, no projects, no extra credit, no quizzes, nothing. So overall Dr. Limbers is a very nice lady who knows a lot about psychology, but I personally wouldn't take her again considering her testing style.  - Grade In Class:D

Comments:3330 - Let me just start off by saying. Dr. Limbers is a good professor, and she is good at what she does in her field, mostly pertaining to children, but I hated her teaching style. She did not teach at all, she just read off the slides word for word, and asked if we had any questions. Personally, this class was not interesting at all....The tests were like 30 questions each, like worth 25 points, and she only offered extra credit once, for 1 point and the extra credit assignment was to sit in a lecture for about an hour or two. So, I am not taking this class with Fergus, and he is wonderful thus far.  - Grade In Class:DROP

Comments:3330 - Dr. Limbers is a sweet professor but her teaching style is a little dry. She simply read off the powerpoint slides which took forever. She did things a lot differently than past semesters. We only had 3 unit tests which were worth 25 points and the final which was also worth 25 points. I felt like I studied so much for a exam that was way too short with 4 chapters per exam and only about 30 questions. There were no other grades in this class and she only offered extra credit once for only one point. It's important to read to be able to understand the powerpoint slides but the slides are all you really need to study, You don't have to put in too much work so it's doable!  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:3330 - This class is so easy. All you have to really do is skim the chapters...and you'll want to read the whole chapter because the material is really interesting! Because she's so new to the field, she has a lot of newer, more realistic perspectives and interesting stories about her grad school experiences. She also offers lots of extra credit and goes really easy on the paper. Basically, unless you don't care about this class (and if you don't care you're in the wrong major) there's no way you can't get a high grade.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3330 - She is a new professor. Dr. Limbers is very helpful and very willing to drop everything to help her students. She gives you slides that have everything you need to know for the test. 5 quizzes for bonus points are given which are very easy. Multiple other extra credit opportunities are available. Overall a great professor. Highly recommend.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:Psychopathology - I believe this was her first semester here at Baylor. She is very knowledgeable and helpful! She has power points that pretty much outline the book, so reading is not completely necessary, just memorize the slides. She gives great examples, and has found herself making us laugh with them. She is very caring of her students also. The class is very simple. She has three exams, plus the final (cumulative), and a reaction paper on a book, which is worth as much as a midterm. Her exams are easy, for the most part (all multiple choice questions), but they do have a few tricky questions. Watch out! Some of these questions are seriously tricky and could cause you a point! She gives up to 5 points of extra credit. Overall, very good professor, and very good class :]  - Grade In Class:A
