Comments:4320 - The most difficult part of this class is the project due at the end of the semester. This family business project is your final, and you have the full semester to work on it. If you start early, and go to office hours asking questions it is not bad. Dr. Worthington literally starts talking about it day 1 of class, and every class period after that. The lectures do seem repetitive in material, but this is just how Dr. Worthington places his emphasis on a subject. Every other week or so you will have a speaker come into class and share their family business story, and these are all super interesting. If you are considering entering a family business or starting one for yourself, this class presents important information that you should have exposure to prior to that. Take the class and soak up the information presented...it will help you in the long run.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:ENT 4320 - This class made me contemplate dropping my entrepreneurship major. The tests are comprised of all multiple choice questions almost entirely out of very specific points from the book and articles you will read. Homework consists of eleven 2 page (single spaced...) article reflections/reviews over short readings that will be difficult to fill out (2 drops). In addition, there is a project over a family business with a write up (double spaced, 15 pages) and a presentation at the end of the semester. The class finishes like 3 weeks early to do presentations. This class is frustrating because these have been the poorest written tests I have ever seen. When the class average is a low 70 on an all multiple choice test there is something wrong. I (and others in the class too) found that the more I studied the worse I did, so I just read the summaries on the back of each chapter and showed up to class to do well on the tests. The article reviews are usually longer than the articles themselves so you have to claw your eyes out trying to fill up the 2 pages without just repeating what the article says. Overall, the class is more cringeworthy than difficult as we had a single obscure extra credit opportunity by helping out with an event one day that ended up giving me 40 (yes 40) extra credit points on top of my grade for the end of class. Bumped my 77 test average to an A. Put in the work for the report/presentation, do the articles, study lightly for tests and go to the extra credit and you should get an A.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:ENT 4320 - Dr. Worthington is a really nice and enthusiastic guy. His test can be tricky; he asks for book titles he randomly mentions in lecture, and specific numbers from the book. The test are somewhat difficult considering its an elective. There's a family business 15 page paper/presentation due at the end of the semester. There's also case summaries due throughout the semester. Overall the course is interesting, and helpful if you ever plan on entering a family business.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:4320 - Worst teacher by far b/c he NEVER teaches! All we do is watch YouTube videos whenever he doesn't cancel class! This is a complete blow off class & my parents tuition money is being wasted! I can watch videos at home for free! Do NOT take!! Take someone else is possible!  - Grade In Class:B
