Comments:1305 - Great professor, interesting class. He likes interaction which makes the classes humorous at times considering the material. I read the reviews before posting this to see who didn't give him a 5/5 and I don't know why anyone in their right mind would give workload a 4/5... Seriously the easiest class I've had yet. I just go over notes for about 20 minutes before tests and I've gotten an A or a high B every test. Also he offers extra credit for every exam after we take it! I would suggest doing it just for comfort later in the semester. Take him!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1305 - Oh I love him so much! He is one of my favorite professors on campus!! He is very experienced and he knows exactly what he is lecturing during the class!! And his sense of humor as well as his exciting teaching style will never make you feel bored and sleepy. Go and take his class, you will never regret!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1305 - Very easy class. He requires you to take notes during lecture, which is mostly just spoken along with some videos, but it's fairly easy. Basically everything he goes over in class is on the test. He uses a lot of in class examples to help you understand, but the topic itself is fairly interesting so shouldnt' be hard making an A.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1305 - TAKE HIM! He is the best.. seriously. He is so helpful and is willing to do anything and go over anything in order to make the subject clear. It was by far the most interesting class I had that semester. We had like 4 tests and a non-comprehensive final which was great. As long as you take good notes and pay attention the book won't be necessary.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1305 - Such an awesome professor! He's super laid back and funny, I'd encourage you to get to know him if you end up taking his class. His tests are very straight forward and multiple choice. I didn't get a chance to study more than a couple hours for the final and still got an A. If you pay attention in class, and take notes, you'll be fine. Basically, the only thing I didn't like about the class was the fact that he doesn't put class powerpoints on balckboard. And all the information for the tests comes right from his lectures. So, if you miss a day, you'll have to get the notes from someone. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. Each class was interesting and he really got the class talking to each other, sharing our ideas. I chose to make his class an honors class by contract, and he assigned me a 10-15 page research paper in order to receive credit. I almost dropped the honors contract, but I'm glad I stuck with it. He met with me five or six times throughout the semester (even on his days off) to see how things were going and to provide feedback on my paper. I've never had a professor invest that much time in me. He's great, never pushy about his beliefs, but he will share them if you ask. He spent more time asking questions about how we felt about certain topics than talking about his opinions, which I thought was awesome. Such a cool guy. TAKE HIM!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1305 - Seriously such a cool professor! This class was full of laughs and in general it was a pretty easy class! Professor Martinez had interesting a ways of presenting information! Definitely loved this class! Take him!!!! Also reading the book isn't necessary as long as you take good notes!   - Grade In Class:A
