Comments:3312 - Professor Varga was a wonderful professor. She did an excellent job engaging with the class. Throughout each unit, there was a media analysis assignment, an observation analysis, and an exam. The exams were partly textbook based and partly lecture-based. I often scanned in certain pages of the textbook on the doc because the exams are online and open-note with no lockdown browser. There was also one group project towards the end of the semester but she gives you plenty of in-class work days that if you pick a diligent group will give you no issues and minimal out-of-class work.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3311 - Professor Varga is the absolute best professor I have had at Baylor, hands down. She is a talented lecturer, I never was bored or fell asleep. I didn't want to miss her class because I really enjoyed learning from her. All the assignments in this class helped me to apply everything, which is really helpful and helps me to retain the information better. We did have a huge project that consisted of a literature review, short presentation, and a letter that really kicked my butt (time-wise, not grade) but only because we had to have at least six articles for research/back up our argument in the literature review. We had two exams that were open notes because she said "There will never be a time in your life where you don't have access to a book or the internet to help you find information". She is the sweetest woman alive and truly cares for her students. She replied to every email very quickly which I really appreciated. I've signed up for another one of her classes because that's how much I enjoyed her! Take. Varga.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:CSS 1302 - Professor Varga should be the example of a great professor for online learning. There are a lot of assignments, but they are repetitive and easy.Take this class to learn how to Public Speak and an easy A.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:CSS 1302 - I LOVED this class! I took this class fully online and it didn't keep me from actually learning how to give a good speech. Yes, the speeches can be kind of a pain to write out but everything is due on Sunday so it's very easy to just wait until then and do it in one day. I loved Professor Varga she is so kind and I loved her weekly videos. She helped me with anything I asked and I don't believe I made below an A on any speech despite messing up on some of them. Yes, this class does take work at some points but overall I recommend it. She even allowed students that missed speeches to make it up. Besides speeches, the only other work we did was four quizzes which were pretty doable. PS her dog is super cute!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1302 - I LOVE THIS LADY. she is so so sweet and nice. I took her class online during the global pandemic and I turned in at least 4 assignments late and she understands! She told me it was okay because it's our first time and I just love her so much. TAKE HER CLASS. She will give u an easy A  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1302 - Great teacher. Great class. Quizes are a joke if you have the book next to you. 2 tests were a breaze. One was take home and the other had a good review before. 5 major speeches that you have to dress up for. Get the outline right and you make an A. Easy as that  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1302 - Best class! Instead of regular speech, she teaches what she wishes professors taught her while she was in college, so it is applicable stuff rather than boring speaking. Weekly quizzes are a joke and very little if any homework. She makes class fun and enjoyable.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:Speech 1302 - My favorite professor thus far! Fair grader, always willing to work with you, gives extra credit. She makes class fun and if you have stage fright (I do) she makes speaking in front of the class seem easy and helps you through it.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1302 - She's amazing, easily one of the most enjoyable classes I've taken. She's a pretty easy grader and actually makes speaking kind of enjoyable. It's pretty much impossible to get below a B.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:1302 - I love Ms. Varga! She's a great speech teacher, easy grader, all the guys like her and she gives a fair amount of extra credit. She assigns in the beginning of the semester and you will have reading quizzes in class which are worth practically nothing, but you should still study. i love her and she's fun and she invites her classes to her house for dinner at the end of the semester. the workload is moderate since you will have to prepare for speeches and stuff but she grades really easy   - Grade In Class:A
