Comments:WCIII - My FAVORITE professor I've ever had at Baylor. I cannot speak highly of him enough! He is kind, genuine, understanding, funny, and joyous. Prof. Wright truly wants you to succeed in all that you do. He'll even bring his adorable son, Carl, to class sometimes where he provides so much insight for an 11 year old! Dr. Wright is a very fair grader and will often give extensions on assignments. The slight downside is that he takes forever to grade but, I'm pretty sure that if you actively participate in class discussions and work hard, he will give you a very high grade :). He and Dr. Lenore Wright even hosted students at their house and grilled for us and played games with us. He is truly the sweetest!!! TAKE HIM!! - Grade In Class:A
Comments:BIC 2334 - By far the greatest BIC professor I have had. Professor Wright (not Dr. because he is also an attorney) has such a passion for working with students and loves doing what he does. He is incredibly funny, sweet, and caring. He and his wife Dr. Wright go out of their way to make life better for us in BIC. Professor Wright is also so thoughtful. He and Dr. Wright also love Barbie (he even wears an 'I am Kenough' sweatshirt)!! Take Professor Wright if you can, you will absolutely not regret it. - Grade In Class:B
Comments:1324 - This man puts on puppet shoes to teach the material. Do I really need to say any more? I would sign up to take this class again for the sole reason of getting to have him as a professor again. Quick witted, incredibly fashionable, and one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. And he is the only WC II prof that has an SI--that he pays for out of his own pocket by the way! Take the Wrights any chance you get at Baylor. - Grade In Class:B+
Comments:BIC 1212- Examined Life 1 - Dr. Wright is so cool. He's pretty chill overall and the class is fairly entertaining. It's not an important class and he knows that, so it's not a stressful vibe by any stretch of the imagination. He puts the schedule on canvas so you know exactly what you have to read and turn in for every single class (no confusion on deadlines!!). There's usually a video or two and a reading that can be fairly long, but it doesn't really matter if you just skim through it. There are no tests or quizzes, just a final essay and short writing assignments (I usually wrote about 150-200 words on some of them and some require about 500 words) every week. Even the writing assignments and final essay are really easy, so you won't have any trouble getting an A in this class. Dr. Wright is really funny and makes class interesting. The class is mostly discussion-based, and he does a good job of getting a conversation started and then sitting back to let the class go. The discussions aren't super technical, but are usually more opinion-based and therefore easy to get involved in. The only frustrating thing about the class is that he doesn't put in any of the grades until the very end of the semester, but you'll still get an A. Take Dr. Wright if you can!! - Grade In Class:A
Comments:BIC 2334 - I would not be surprised to find out that Dr. Wright is actually The Doctor (see link below), whom he matches in charisma, enthusiasm, intelligence, and general good taste/style/class. Dr. Wright leads the class in excellent and stimulating discussion over the material. He is very good at grounding the material contemporarily and encouraging a pursuit of learning. Furthermore Dr. Wright will sometimes bring in other material to supplement our discussions. I appreciate that he really wants students to succeed and understand the material, for he sees practical value in the topics discussed. His lectures are always incredible, his fashion is always on point, and he grades with dignity. What else is needed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eleventh_Doctor --Ben P.
