Comments:MGT 3325 - He is the best professor at Baylor! His course is extremely easy to earn an A in with very little work. If you actually pay attention and want to learn, then you will figure out real quick that he actually teaches the material to prepare you for future careers. I probably learned 50% of Baylor material that I will take to my future career in this one course. You will not regret taking him. He gives real world examples and actually has in class projects to apply the concepts to actual examples. He is the only professor that actually understands the job of a professor, which is to prepare us for the real world and teach well. Even when he lectures he then applies it to real world examples and does in class projects to have us learn the material. He does let out early most of the time, because he does not waste your time. The comments before mine definitely touch upon good points too, especially concerning internships and his work experience. He will be the one professor that I remember for the rest of my life. You don't even have to try that hard for an A, but if you actually try real hard and participate actively, then you will discover what I am talking about and be blessed by him.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MGT 3325 - Rush is a diamond in the rough if you are able to get him on your schedule. Although his class is usually in the evening and that kind of sucks, its totally worth it. You will get out really early about 25% of the time, and you can put in minimal effort for an A. However, if you decide to give any effort, John is also great for learning the material. He runs a huge AC unit manufacturing plant, so he brings in more real-world experience than almost any professor in the b school. He will also stay after class to help with whatever you need and he offers to help students secure internships. He would be fine without this job but does it because he likes students. 10/10 recommend.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3325 - Professor Rush is a homeboy. He is so helpful and such a kind soul. He is super passionate about operations management which makes the class fun. He is willing to stay after class and help you...very dedicated professor.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MGT 3325 - Professor Rush is the best! He is seriously the sweetest professor I have ever had. He has a ton of experience in operations management and he tells tons of stories of things that he actually goes through with his company. He gives tons of real world examples and you can tell he loves passing on his knowledge to students. He really really cares about everyone in his class and is extremely helpful outside of class. Comments:3325 - He is amazing. Beware, everything he talks about in class is all covered by an example he has experienced in his life through one of his jobs. I personally like it, keeps the class interesting. He is super nice and caring and understands that we have other classwork to do. Quizlets can help with the quizzes, the textbook is a graphic novel and a few reading cases. Havent come across extra credit however, I dont think you will need it. He is a great professor with alot of lessons and tips to share with you.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MGT 3325 - Literally the nicest man you will ever meet. His lectures can get super boring sometimes but you can tell he really loves his job. You only have a mid term/mid term essay and final/final essay. For the essay portion he will basically give you a 100, which really helps your grade, unless you have bad grammar issues. Online homework and quizzes which are a big part of your grade but super easy. He's so willing to help any one at any time and responds to emails almost immediatley! The one thing he does take seriously is attendance so dont skip or he will take points off!!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3325 - Professor Rush is the absolute sweetest man you'll ever meet. He has a full time position as a supply chain manager at a huge company here in Waco, and he'll talk about it a ton in class lol. The workload is completely bearable and he is so caring about your personal life and understands and makes exceptions when exceptions are due. Most of the time he relates things to situations that have happened in his work, which takes up a good chunk of the class, but he always somehow relates it back to what we're learning. DEFINITELY take him for Ops Mgmt!!! LOVE him!  - Grade In Class:A
