Comments:4320 - If you see this guys name for any class you need, take him. I've taken him for two classes I've needed and he's been the funniest, down to earth, and most understanding dude on the planet. I got A's both times and didn't have a final both times because he didn't feel like it. It's more of a home room study session for other classes than anything. OH AND NEGOTIATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION, HE IS 100000000 TIMES BETTER THAN THE OTHER TEACHER. You will not regret this man. #MargaritaWednesdays  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:4320 - I took Dr. K's negotiation class the first semester he taught it. This class was very practical. Every week there would be one class that was more lecture-based with ad-hocs (impromptu 3-minute speeches on a random topic - not graded very hard & opportunities to get a 100 on these for doing other things) and practice negotiations. The other class period would be graded negotiations. We got out early almost every class and occasionally class was canceled. They were interesting and graded fairly. The only homework all semester is to read the books and prepare for a couple of negotiations at the end of the semester. We had 2 tests (mid-term and final) that were pretty straightforward. This was my second time having Dr. K and I still say that he is the best professor I've had at Baylor and makes an effort to know his students well.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Dr. K is by far the best professor I've had at Baylor. He cares about his students' success in and out of class. He is very reasonable in his grading and assignments. 3305 has easy chapter write-ups and a couple of tests. For the tests, the vocab from the chapters and his lecture slides is all you need to know. Memorize that & you will do great on them. Dr. K is practical and willing to help you in any aspect of your life and that attitude reflects in class. He makes class enjoyable and it's definitely worth the later time in the day.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - This was definitely one of the best professors I've taken at Baylor. The workload was very light. He also ended class early or cancelled once every other week. As long as you read the text, you will be fine. Although he is no longer teaching 3305, I'm sure his classes that he currently teaches will be somewhat similar.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Dr. K is a great guy and a great professor. I am a little upset about my grade because I actually got an A- in this class. There are only 2 tests and neither are a good test of knowledge and if you don't study then you are going to be screwed. Another thing that could start to hurt you is attendance. He only takes attendance on days we do an assignment or group presentations, etc. Well since he doesn't really take attendance, it becomes easy to not go to class that often and you may miss on important assignments that are worth grades. He does offer 2 or 3 extra credit opportunities. This class is not fun, it is rather dry, but is a requirement. I suggest Dr. K, he is a great and funny professor.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - If you take this class and do not take it with Dr. Kubacak, you are a fool. His lectures are always exciting and he makes it a point to include the class in every lecture. Unlike most professors, Dr. Kubacak makes it a point to keep his class interesting, and actually cares about his student's opinions. Even better, Dr. Kubacak has the best sense of humor (which is quite rare among professors here). The class involved weekly chapter discussions, and a few projects throughout that provide you with knowledge on things that you will need throughout your entire life. I can honestly say he is the best professor I have had at Baylor, and I am sad his class is coming to an end.  - Grade In Class:A
