Comments:5V98 - Dr. Bolbocean helped me understand complex econometric methods using geometry and intuition. The exams are challenging. His teaching style is different, he asks lots of questions and helps you find the right answer yourself. If you want to learn econometrics and master the subject this is a great course. Dr. Bolbocean is of the best professors I had at Baylor.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:4347 - To get an A you have to survive the midterm, complete the project and do well on the final. Dr. Bolbocean likes teaching using the Socratic method, asking questions and having a dialogue. It was engaging. You will learn a lot and you will be challenged to think hard. He repeats the basic ideas until you get it. He cares for you and he wants you to understand what are you doing and why are you doing it. His assignments are not standard, you will work hard. The project for the class teaches you to work with real world data. No self-phones or laptops. Best dressed professor. It was different, it was fun!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:4347 - Dr. Bolbocean was the worst professor I have ever had the displeasure of taking at Baylor. He is rude and disrespectful to all of his students. He will say throughout the semester that he just wants his students to learn and as long as you do the work it will go well. It won't. No matter how hard you work, nothing he says in class makes sense, the homework is not related to what is going on in class, and the tests are long and hard. We had a TA that we all had on speed dial to get help since we were taught nothing but when he found out he got mad at us and told us to never do that again. He also does not teach you anything beneficial for the final project until the last 2 weeks of class and even then we all had to use the TA since he was so unhelpful. I still got an A but that is not worth the semester of pain and demeaning comments from the worst professor at Baylor. Take someone else or wait a semester. Avoid him at all cost.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:Econometrics - This guy is the worst professor I've ever had at Baylor. The material he teaches in class doesn't prepare you for the homework assignments or exams. When it comes to the project, he barely gives any information on how to do it properly. He is very disrespectful towards his students and will embarrass you in the middle of class if you have your phone out. Everyone is our class didn't like him so please don't take him.  - Grade In Class:C

Comments:4347 - Dr. B. is a really nice guy. He really care that everyone learns econometrics and is very knowledgeable about the subject. The class is increibldy hard, but Dr. B grades very easily on homeworks and the empirical project to make up for it. He also brought us cookies during both of the test! Would definitely recommend for metrics. PS: He dresses so fly, and he might actually be a vampire.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:4347 - Almost everyone got an A in the class, I had high A's on the final and empirical project, and learned so much about STATA, statistic, and econometric theory. Plus, he even gave us cookies during our midterm and final! Hands down the best dressed professor in the business school, even if he is a Vampire.  - Grade In Class:A
