Comments:HED1350 - Dr. Blalock is a very nice person and a good professor, though the class can be quite boring. There are almost no assignments, except a group project and some other minor assignments, no final exam, and the 'exams' are extremely easy. She is very open to talk about anything you may need help with for a pre-health path. Overall, this class is pretty decent, easy A, and a good professor.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - She is the most helpful professor ive had. I had homework maybe twice? No final, no tests, quizzes are easy and online. and a couple mad easy group projects. She understands every field of medicine. Im an athletic training major and my advisor didnt believe it was a real major so she kept me on the PT track. Blalock sat down with me one on one and helped me figure out my schedule for the next four years and what to do to get there. The only "bad" thing I guess is that she will call you out if you fall asleep. But in a friendly manner. She is nice, funny, and laid back.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:HED 1350 - This class is very informative on a variety of healthcare professions. There is little to no homework for this class because it is all lectures. The tests were easy including the final. Love Blalock because she tries to make the class fun, not stressful! I always looked forward to going to her class. She prays over her classes, especially when she can tell we are stressed. She is very experienced in her field and super kind and understanding to her students.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1305 - Dr. Blalock is so nice and knowledgable. She is one of those professors that you should really get to know if you have the chance because you can learn a lot from her. Her class is very easy and was more of a break in my day. She's very helpful and always willing to make time for her students even though she is also a practicing physical therapist. Highly recommend!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - HED- I second all the comments below me. She is so nice and helpful. Class is so easy your 5th grade sister could probably do it. I am finishing with a 103% which I will probably never see in my college years again ha. All you have to do is make sure you do the quizzes and the observation assignment and you're golden. The final is take home and open note too. Y'all got this.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - Dr. Blalock is one of the best professors I've had! She is super sweet and really cares about all of her students' success. The class is mostly in class guest speakers that are usually really cool and there is basically no homework and no tests, only online quizzes at home. She is a part time physical therapist too, she she has a lot of knowledge about PT and many other health professions too. The class is an easy A and she is amazing!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3311 - Dr. Blalock is so kind & sweet and probably my favorite professor at Baylor thus far! Class consists more of discussions rather than lectures and she incorporates really interesting and relevant topics. She'll tell us relevant stories/show photos from real life situations she's experienced as a practicing PT which makes class really interesting. We have a 1 pg case study every week or so & a group project which is super duper easy & the tests are online and you can use your friends/notes/whatever but they're not bad at all!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:HED 3311 - Dr. Blalock is my favorite professor I've had at Baylor. She is still a practicing PT, so she isn't always available, but she provides incredibly interesting real-life examples and case studies because of her practicing. The class is relatively easy. The quizzes and tests come from class notes. There is a group project and presentation that is a case study, but it isn't that difficult.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - HED 1350 is a breeze! The quizzes are easy and only 10 points each. The assignments aren't hard either except the article review she grades really tough on (I got a 70) so make sure you go really in depth in that assignment. Also, you have to shadow 2 doctors which is actually fun, and you have to write reports on them and turn in time sheets so I would get those knocked out early in the semester. There is also a project in the end worth 150 points so be prepared for that. She is a super sweet lady and is very fair. Get to know her!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - Super sweet lady, literally the kindest professor I've had. Every time I asked her a question she was really helpful and sweet when helping me. The class itself is super easy and a great GPA booster since its 3 credits.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:HED1350 - Dr. Blalock is amazing! This class is not difficult at all and is an easy A if you show up and pay attention. Although, it is a pretty easy class.. there is a research project toward the end of the semester which is not very difficult, but please don't give it minimal effort... Dr. Blalock is amazing and deserves her students best effort. Also, the final is very easy. Just look over the online quizzes and powerpoints. I did not study and made a 100 on it. I definitely recommend taking her and getting to know her during the semester!!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:HP 2306 - Dr. Blalock is quite honestly one of the best professors I've had at Baylor...but her tests are hard. She always talks about her career as a PT and brings in a skeleton to help you visualize the attachments and origins for the muscles and whatnot which is helpful. Most of the quizzes were online, but a couple were given in class. She gave extra credit and if you do all of the questions at the end of the chapters, it will replace your lowest test grade. I think I would recommend her because of how engaging she is, but like I said, her tests are hard.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:HED1350 - Genuine, sweet lady! She makes class interesting and fun with personal stories from her career as a PT, and will bring in lots of friends to speak about their various careers. She reminded me so much of my mom lol. Reading quizzes aren't too bad, I suggest sharing the books with a friend as you won't need them after the first few weeks. Towards the end of the semester there's a group research project, but it's not bad. Honestly, it's probably the only easy A you'll ever have as a premed, but you'll also really learn a lot.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:HED1350 - Honestly, can not say enough good things about Dr. Blalock. She is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, understanding, and kind-hearted. She is very straight forward with what is expected of you. Your grade consists of a mixture of attendance, analysis reports, shadowing experiences, etc. therefore you do have to put in a good bit of time BUT it is all very useful and practical assignments. TAKE HER!  - Grade In Class:A
