Comments:1302 - Honestly, Professor Hendry is a sweet man and tries to engage with his students. He is a stickler for punctuation and grammar, and we are always working on an essay, every week one after the other, but basically, every class is a work day after the first two weeks of really boring review. He also goes over every essay individually with you after he grades them and never does peer review. He gives a lot of extra credit for attendance (so try to just show up even though its pointless) and wants his students to succeed.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1302 - You will make a good grade in this class, but you will also be learning middle school English so you'll be bored out of your mind. Don't worry, there's a review of story mountain in case you left that knowledge in the 6th grade.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1302 - He is the absolute most boring man I have ever encountered. He lectured over things like commas and figurative language (ie the things you learn in middle school) for the first 3-4 weeks of class. Longest hour and fifteen minutes of my life. To make an A, you have to make a 95%+, which is ridiculous. He is a pretty harsh grader considering it is so hard to make an A, but overall a very easy English class. So not necessarily an easy A, but you won't have to exert too much effort into this class. I wouldn't, however, recommend him to anyone.  - Grade In Class:B+
