She absolutely has become an amazing teacher that is extremely engaging kind and good at what she does. I have never understood a class so well and was excited to go to it everyday. Comments:3305 - Dr. Kunst is an amazing professor who loves what she does. She is a strong Christian and includes her faith into her lectures and she'll also pray over the class before every test! I really enjoyed this class because you will learn skills that will be crucial in the business world. While there are probably other professors who teach an easier MGT3305, you won't get near as much out of it as you would in Dr. Kunst's class. If you study the lecture slides and write everything down on your 5x8 notecard (cheat sheet), the tests will go very well for you. During the week, you have a 10 minute quiz over a few really short videos and a packback question to answer. If you have an A after your 4th exam, you don't have to take the final exam, which is a huge plus in this class. I highly recommend Dr. Kunst, she truly is a great professor. If you aren't happy with your grade, go to her office hours and she will work with you to put you in the best possible position to get an A. If you put a little bit of effort into this class, an A is pretty easy to attain!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Definitely recommend taking Dr. Kunst! Very nice and always helpful. She teaches a flipped class meaning you watch a few short lectures (like 5-10 min each) and discuss the material further in class. You’ll have a weekly short quiz and a Packback response on the out of class material, which are straight from the notes. She posts all slides on canvas so you don’t have to worry about missing any info. Class discussion is a MAJOR part of this class though, so if that’s not your thing I would not recommend taking her. 4 tests throughout the semester, but you are allowed a notecard for a cheat sheet. There is a group project and a paper, but they’re both fairly easy to do. The final is optional and can only help your grade. She usually curves most quiz and test grades if she finds any unfair questions or if students talk with her about it. I know it seems like this class is a lot of work, but honestly it’s not bad at all once you get used to the flow of the classroom.  - Grade In Class:A

Even though it can be time-consuming to take a somewhat lengthy learning assessment each week in addition to a quiz and discussion board, there is almost always a curve and everything is open-note. Comments:MGT 3305 - PLEASE TAKE DR. KUNST!!!! I literally made an account just to write a review about Dr. Kunst. She is by far the best professor I have ever had at Baylor. She is so nice and helpful and the course itself is actually interesting. It is in a "flipped" format so you watch the lectures on the weekends and come to class putting the things you learned into practice. I looked forward to going to class everyday. Our exams are called "learning assessments" and they are split up by modules. They are difficult sometimes, but she almost always implements a curve or takes out questions that most of the class got wrong. I always got a high B or an A on these because of the curve. If you put in any amount of effort (it doesn't have to be that much at all) , you will get an A in the class. Everything is open book open note as well. PLEASE TAKE THIS CLASS YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - TAKE DR. KUNST!!! She is my favorite professor I have had at Baylor so far because she is extremely nice and always willing to help you! Every week, we watch the lectures at home (broken up into multiple short videos so it never takes that long), have a 10 question quiz (everything is straight from the notes and it is open note!), do a packback, and then have a learning assessment (super straightforward, again it comes straight from the notes and it is open note AND sometimes there is a nice curve). We take the learning assessments instead of tests. I always looked forward to going to class because we did fun things like watch a movie and relate it to something we learned, a lot of group work, and we did the activity where you build a tower out of spaghetti noodles. She is seriously so nice and will remember small details you mention to her. She clearly loves her students, is super fair, and we had so many extra credit opportunities! So take Dr. Kunst!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MGT 3305 - She is so nice! This class has a lot of busywork but none of it is hard. She works with everyone to make sure they are doing well. Everything is open note! Comments:MGT3305 - Basically a sociology class for business majors. The entire class is pretty much just a bunch of group activities and group assignments that get done outside of class (hybrid class). Everything is open note and probably only an hour a week is needed to finish all requirements for the class. There is a test almost every week, but they're pretty straight forward, and usually a guaranteed A if you're literate.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MGT3305 - Take this class with Dr. Kunst!!! This course was so interesting and there weren't any parts that I was confused on what I had to do. Dr. Kunst has the class set up extremely clear and makes an effort to giving you everything you need to succeed. There are learning assessments each module that go over concepts and scenarios. The final has no scenarios on it and is all concepts, and her videos and slides are clear and straight-forward. Everything is open book, open notes, and she goes over the hardest questions to cover any gray area. For my class it was a hybrid schedule, so we had in-person class with discussion and in-class slide notes on one day, and then on the other day we did virtual assignments in our assigned groups. The only thing I didn't like about the class was the engagement grid we had to fill out as I felt as though it was unfair at times when people would raise their hand several times when others hadn't gotten a chance. However, Dr. Kunst did a great job at getting those people to speak up in class. She has plenty of extra credit opportunities, and if you watch the videos before class, take notes, and follow along in class you for sure will get an A. Good luck!!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Dr. Kunst is great! Everything is super easy to understand and if you take good notes the learning assessments are easy too. There is a decent amount of work because the class periods are mainly for discussions so you have to watch lecture videos, take quizzes, and post/answer discussion questions online on your own. None of this work is really challenging, you just need to make sure you set aside enough time to get it done and you'll do well in the class. Dr. Kunst is really helpful and wants everyone to succeed in the class. The material is pretty simple but also interesting and has a lot of psych elements. Comments:MGT 3305 - Some people will say her class is too heavy of a workload, but it's really not if you can stay disciplined. It's a flipped course, so you watch the lectures at home and take a short quiz, then come to class and apply the concepts in the videos. This format is very helpful for learning REAL team managing skills because you're APPLYING them, not just reading about it. She is very sweet and genuinely wants her students to succeed. Her exams are taken in class on a computer, which isn't my favorite, but she does this so she can check the analytics in Canvas to make sure that all the questions are fair (if they aren't "fair" she gives points back). The material in this class is helpful and applicable to real situations. Kunst's class will give you real skills that other sections won't. Easy A if you engage in class and pay attention.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Yeah, there is quite a bit of work for this class but it is totally worth it! She is an awesome professor that tries to make this course as interesting as she can! She is super caring about all of her students and wants us to do the best that we can. Tests are tricky and you must put in the work studying, but totally doable. I will say her syllabus is kind of terrifying, but once you get into the course it flows and is much easier than it looks. She also communicates what is due many times so that you should not really miss any assignment. Take her if you have the chance!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MGT 3305 - DO NOT TAKE KUNST IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!! This class was the same difficulty as my Intermediate accounting class, while other sections the students have 99% going into the final. Kunst is a horrible teacher of the material and her class layout changes every single year. How can someone who has no clue how to formulate a solid class be allowed to teach at Baylor? You can miss a combined 38 points all semester which is insanely hard because you have something due every single day. SHE TAKES THIS CLASS WAY TOO SERIOUSLY ITS LEARNING ABOUT TEAMS AND MOTIVATION FOR GOODNESS SAKES!!!!!!! Horrible horrible class, take anyone else if you can.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Kunst is an incredibly kind and caring professor, and the course is incredibly easy if you put a moderate degree of effort into paying attention to lectures. The material is interesting and conversation provoking even outside of class, and Kunst makes every effort to make sure each student is cared for by providing an insane amount of extra credit and restructuring the class based on student needs. Comments:MGT 3305 - The early reviews are not a good indicator of the kind of teacher Mrs. Kunst is now. She is extremely sweet and helpful, and her tests are all multiple choice/matching minus the final. It's a fairly easy and fun class if you study properly for the exams, and there is plenty of extra credit offered throughout the semester. She had students take a survey midway through the semester of things in the class that were working and weren't working and changed her teaching style according to the responses. I've never had a professor do that, and it was a blessing. The only gripe I had with the class was with the post-lesson assessments, as they were difficult and worth a good portion of your grade, though she does drop a few. Really can't recommend her enough.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:3305 - Love her!!! Don't listen to the earlier poor ratings, as she completely changed how her class is structured. All the exams are matching and multiple choice, with a couple short answer for extra credit. She is a really good lecturer and keeps the class interesting by doing hands on activities that always end in extra credit points. The tests can be tricky and you need to know all the material really well, but she provides exam reviews and practice questions before each test. Homework isn't too bad, most of it is completion. The post lesson assessment quizzes can be challenging, but she drops several of them. If you're looking for an interesting management class that won't put you to sleep, take Kunst!!!!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - It's only her 2nd semester teaching, and she is continuing to improve. Honestly, her class is really interesting and she really tries to ensure her students learn the material. She gave us a student survey halfway through the semester and used the responses to make pretty big changes in the class which I appreciate. She is very friendly and makes the class interesting, and from what I can tell, she is continuing to improve her course each semester!  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:3305 - The bad reviews do not do her justice. She is a fantastic lecturer, and genuinely wants her students to succeed - while also truly learn the material. The class is more work than other 3305 classes, but it is not hard work, nor is it very time-consuming. The hardest part of the class is the tests, and she provides study guides and practice questions. Do the reading, listen in class, and put in a few hours of studying, and you'll be fine. She's seriously the nicest person ever, you'll be fine if you take her.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Kunst is my favorite professor I've had at Baylor and does not deserve a score below at minimum an 85. To preface this- If you don't like to read textbooks to learn and can manage semi-paying attention in class or looking over slides (which are uploaded before exams) then TAKE KUNST!! While I do have more "homework" than friends with other profs. for 3305, they are largely completion (many are personality index's) and she gives you over a week to complete these. I will admit her exams can be tricky, but pay attention in class (which is very easy because its fairly interactive/interesting and she puts you in teams at the beginning of the semester that you do in class discussions with) and you will be fine--plus she always curves the exams! Beyond the class being engaging/interesting with a MINIMAL workload, Professor Kunst herself is an amazing person and cares about each of her students-as a person and about their success in the class. Breakdown= 3 exams (lowest dropped) + final. Class participation, post/pre lesson assignments (5-8 q canvas quizzes), and one "group project" that took maybe a few hours the week of. Plus plenty of bonus opportunities that are in class!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MGT 3305 - Professor Kunst is pretty amazing despite some of her bad reviews. I was terrified of coming into this class but she has been a very good professor. The class started out rough even though she does an amazing job teaching the information because her tests are a little tricky, but about halfway through the year, she made us take a survey (for extra credit) about things she could improve on. She showed us the results of in class and then told us what she was going to do to respond to the complaints and make the class more suitable for us. She does have a lot of work for a management class and its not a super easy A but if you put in a little effort and get to know her she is really amazing.  - Grade In Class:B+

She said she'd make the class easier but the test averages have gone down each time. You need to take something else and wait for a different professor to open up. Comments:MGT 3301 - Kunst is a decent person. Unfortunately, her test questions are paragraphs and ask extremely specific things. This led to the test average grade to be around 70 for both tests. She had to curve our grades so much to allow us to just average a B. I have never been in a class of so many angry students. The amount of time studying had absolutely no correlation with grades. I would not suggest taking her, although I think she is going to make it easier in the future. Also her weekly chapter quizzes have some bizarrely worded questions that you can actually know all the information and would still get it wrong.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Professor Kunst is great! She is new to Baylor this year, so she's still working out a lot of kinks in her teaching system. A lot of people have complained that she takes the class too seriously for an intro course, but I really enjoyed the class. There are weekly reading quizzes that are always one chapter ahead of what we are talking about in class. These were kind of specific, but I found it helped to take notes on the chapter as you read. Then, there's two tests and a final, all of which are cumulative. Our first two tests were online multiple choice, but people did so bad on them that she curved them 12 points each. Because of the complaints, she changed the format of the final test to written. But honestly, if she's willing to curve so that people do well, I think that shows that she cares about the students and wants you to succeed. She is super nice and approachable. The lectures can be a little long, but she puts the class into teams and gives you little discussion points to talk about throughout the period. There are also team activity days which are easy and fun and involve building blocks or an obstacle course or something. There's one team project, but it's easy and requires each person to write like two paragraphs. There's also the occasional out-of-class assignment, which takes under 30 minutes. You definitely need the textbook, but I think you can buy it online. Also, she grades using a point system, tests being the most, and reading quizzes adding up to a test grade. Overall, the class is interesting and she really cares about the material and the students!! You do have to put in some effort, but overall, it's pretty easy and she's super nice, so you won't go wrong if you take Kunst!!   - Grade In Class:A
