Comments:1310 - Kevin is literally one of the most amazing professors at Baylor. He always knows how to make the class interesting and fun at the same time. Every class he would find a new music video/song that correlated with what we were talking about. I 100% recommend Kevin he is so funny and nice. The tests are pretty straight forward and the final is just the third exam. The quizzes are also pretty straightforward and as long you do the readings you will do well on the pop quizzes. Honestly, even if you don't do the readings you will do well (I literally skipped readings most of the time, but the pop quizzes were just common sense). I promise you he is worth taking.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1310 - take kevin scott 10000% for scriptures. such a chill class, he’s helpful for exams & most of the exams were online! he’s so nice and you’re honestly stupid if you take anyone else for this class. he also gives extra credit on tests!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - THE BEST PROFESSOR AT BAYLOR...even though he's a ginger. He always makes lectures so fun by putting pictures of his cat Rupert on the slides and dancing when it gets awkwardly quiet. the quiz questions are repeated on the tests. There are only 3 tests and no cumulative final which is amazing and he drops your two lowest quiz grades. The tests are also pretty easy if you pay attention in lectures or even rewatch them at 2x speed. He rounded by B+ to an A at the end of the year so I love him for that!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1310 - no homework. one paper that is so so easy. if you read you get 100 on all the quizzes. my catholic high school homies will breeze by this class. if you are taking Christian scriptures don't torture yourself with other professors, take this man and get an A. HERITAGE TOO. tests are open note and this man is so leniant and kind. be sweet to him  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1310 - Kevin is the best professor ever!! He always has pictures of his cat Rupert on his PowerPoint and has him as an answer choice for most of the questions on his quizzes and tests. For knowing very little about the bible and not studying I got a B in the class. His tests are lockdown browser do on your own time which is nice and he has 6 pop quizzes on the readings you are supposed to do after each class which is a couple of chapters its really not that bad. He does a good job of trying to keep everyone engaged even though the material is boring. Overall good professor I am taking him again for heritage.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:1310 - Literally can't recommend him enough! He is the best teacher I have had at Baylor by FAR. I enjoy going to his class and that is saying a lot because it is Christian Scriptures. I think he is so awesome and deserves his perfect ratings.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1310 - Kevin is everything. He has us listen to a song or watch a funny video every class to have some modern day connection to what we are learning. He is actually really funny and does his best to make the content interesting, fun, and no stress. His exams are reasonable and they are open for a few days so you can take them on your own time! He wears cat shorts and shows us a picture of his cat every day. Kevin is seriously the best!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - Kevin is probably one of our modern day saints in disguise for how easy he makes this class. I can’t exclaim enough how he is the best professor for the two required religion credits. His classes never gave me the slightest bit of stress even with the essays we had to write (they’re not at all difficult). If you’re able to breath and walk you should have an A at the end of the semester.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1350 - Praise GOD for KEVIN! He is seriously the best!! Many people have terrible experiences in Christain Scriptures but with Kevin, it is a blast! You just have 12 quizzes, 3 tests, and one written assignment. You take all of the quizzes and tests on your own time with no lockdown browser. Which is a dream! It was slightly boring but it is nice because he does not make you interact (no cold calls) if you don't want to, he is a chill, nice guy. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND IT! He is even kind of funny, definitely laughed at least once every class. Seriously take him, I believe everyone can get an A!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1350 - This class is ridiculously easy. So if you are just looking for an easy A, take this class. There is no homework, he doesn\\\'t even take attendance, and all the tests are taken outside of class. Super chill guy, very understanding, and genuinely just wants the best for his students. The only thing about that is that if you actually want to learn a lot about church history I wouldn\\\'t take this class. I got like an A in the class but couldn\\\'t tell you anything new I learned. Not a bad thing in my opinion cuz I just wanted an easy class. But yeah, awesome dude and chill class.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1310 - Kevin Scott is an amazing professor! He starts off every class period with a picture of his cat and it makes the class even more fun. Kevin cares a lot about his students. He makes sure everyone feels welcomed, he greets us everyday, and always starts good discussions about the material. His tests are fairly easy as well as his quizzes. He encourages students to ask questions and start discussions. He is super understanding if you need extra guidance or help. He is very quick to respond to emails in regards to questions, absences, etc. He is overall a great professor for a lot of love for his students and what he is teaching! TAKE HIM!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1310 - This class is super easy, and Kevin is an absolute blast to have as a professor. He opens up every class with a picture of his cat on the powerpoint, and really tries to make us all feel welcome in the class. I'm not religious, and I frankly despised the fact that we are required to take religion, specifically Christian, courses at Baylor. I believe that to be unethical and disrespectful considering you do not have to be Christian to attend the school. However, Kevin made the class bearable. There were 2 essays during the semester, one of which he gave us an automatic 100 on because we won the Basketball Championships. Exams and quizzes were all super easy. Books didn't really have to be read at all, so I. got through the whole class without ever once actually opening the Bible, thank goodness.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL- 1310 - Kevin Scott is a wonderful professor. He wears cat swim trunks to class occasionally. What is not to like about that? His passion for connecting the Bible to the modern world through music shows up in each of his lectures through the song connections. His quizzes are easy and he purposely will review over and over the answers, you need to know for his quizzes and tests. In my particular semester, a family of a student had a traumatic event and Kevin went out of his way in an uplifting manner that truly showed the character that this man has. His attention to detail and desire to truly teach the material is his passion. While this may not always come off in his relaxed class setting, I have seen it firsthand throughout the semester. He will take time to have conversations with the class about events going on in our lives as well as share his own exciting experiences. There is a special cat in his life that will make appearances in the lecture slides on a daily. The quirkiness of his personality is exemplified in his class. If given the chance to take this man, be ready, you are in for a good time and you will learn a good amount about the Bible that you never even heard of.   - Grade In Class:A
