Comments:CSD 4301 - I will never forget this…we literally had a multiple choice quiz where we were supposed to write in a fifth answer choice that wasn’t listed…for every question. If this sounds completely nuts, you’re right. It was. I hated her class so much. She could also be super rude for no reason.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:Intro to Audiology - Dr. Drew is AWESOME!! All of the slides are filled out ahead of time but the course is content-heavy so make sure to pay attention and come to every class, and fill out her study guide after each class. Biweekly quizzes are given instead of exams and they are at-home. Final is comprehensive but use the study guide and you'll be fine. Overall, Dr. Drew is great and was a super good class.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:4301 - Dr. Drew is a great professor who cares about her students and is always willing to meet with you to discuss how she can help. The course content can be a bit difficult at times but she is a great resource.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:CSD4301 - Some of these reviews on here are very inaccurate and were likely written out of a moment of passion. Dr.Drew is one of the best professors I have had at Baylor. She is very sweet and truly cares about her students. She can be reserved at times, which I think some people have taken the wrong way. Some find her course difficult because it is an Audiology concentration rather than speech pathology. However, the material is very fair if you prepare well before each quiz. There are no tests, which make the class very manageable. If you are struggling, she is willing to make time with you and cares about your success. If all of that wasn't enough, she provides a ton of extra credit. She gave 5 points extra to our final for just showing up to class on a day when many people didn't make it. As long as you show up, and make an effort, you will make an A in the course.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:CSD 4301 - I definitely don't understand the harsh ratings on here; Dr. Drew is a kind professor and is very knowledgeable. She is very direct and I think can come off as blunt to some people, which I guess is considered rude by some of the people rating her. I have never heard her berate a student- she is professional and answers questions in class appropriately. You need to keep up with the reading/studying to do well as it is not all easy material, but you can absolutely do well in this class and Dr. Drew will help you if you ask.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:4301 - This class is passable, but Dr. Drew is among the least satisfactory professors I've encountered. She lacks helpfulness, manners, and occasionally displays unprofessional behavior. Witnessing her berate students and encountering her rudeness in emails, often stemming from her own shortcomings, has been disappointing. Furthermore, her instruction fails to adequately cover the material necessary for quizzes, resulting in unnecessary stress for students. In essence, the stressful atmosphere of the class can be directly attributed to her teaching methods and demeanor. This class is a requirement, so unfortunately, you have to endure it. Just brace yourself for the disappointment that comes with her behavior.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:4301 - Dr Drew was my least favorite professor at Baylor and one of the reasons I chose not to stay at Baylor for graduate school. She made me feel like an idiot and I cried in my car multiple times because of her. I hope she sees this and considers that words and actions matter. It’s sad that an adult women could treat a 20 year old college student so poorly.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:4301 - I absolutely loved Dr. Drew. She's such a clearly spoken and knowledgeable professor and her class made me want to become an audiologist. You can tell that she's confident in what she does and does it well. There were biweekly quizzes that I really did not find too difficult, but you do have to actually study in order to consistently do well on them. I enjoyed this method because it was consistent, low-risk testing of knowledge all while preparing you for the final. Quizzes are 20 questions in 20 minutes, which is actually very doable, and final exam was 100 questions. I really enjoyed this class and it was my favorite of all my speech path courses so far.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:CSD 4301 - The most amazing course and most amazing professor. This class made me want to become an audiologist. This class format is set up for optimal learning and retention without the pressure of tests.  - Grade In Class:A
