Comments:percale - First thing im gonna say is I wish I could've took her for calculus, but anyways she was amazing, I'll tell you everything you need to know about her. As a person she's super sweet just be respectful to her , and she's very helpful and fun to talk to. The homework is just your typical Pierson hw, so I don't have too much to say about that but her quizzes are amazing, she really does her best to help you on her quizzes and sometimes even gives you a little extra help if you need, she got me the extra points I needed a lot of the times which I am very grateful for. The tests I love, she very well prepares you for her tests, they are exactly what you learned, and ask questions on the tests, she will give you hints sometimes which greatly help. The final was great, just study her old tests and mostly the practice tests and you will be good, she's the best math teacher and her class is NOT difficult if you put the effort in, I had never taken percale before and got an A in her class, her office hours are the best and recommend you go and ask literally anything and shell help, definektly take her  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1309 - TAKE HER IF YOU CAN. Everyone told me to take Calc through MCC because the math department isn’t great but Ramirez was awesome. Probably my favorite teacher I’ve had at Baylor so far and she’s a grad student, she’s extremely understanding and kind and pushes back tests when you need, always has office hours available and is extremely helpful. GO TO HER OFFICE HOURS BEFORE THE TESTS, trust me it brought up my test average over 10 pts. She’s awesome  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:1308 - Let me tell you Prof.Ramirez is 100% the best teacher you can take if you really suck at math. She explains thing very clearly and really wants to help no matter how helpless you are. If you go to her office hours she will always help you and most likely will laugh and make jokes but you will always get some hints on the next quiz which is a big plus. She also makes desserts for tests which I don't think you can ever go wrong with.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1308 - Miss Ramirez is great! She is beyond kind and such an easy professor to work with. I was never able to make it to her office hours, but she always took the time to work me in which some people just wouldn't do. She gives a quiz about every week and always gives you a week to do your homework after going over the lesson in class. I would 100% take her again! Highly recommend!  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:1308 - Ms. Ramirez is the best! I would highly recommend taking her class. She is very good at explaining concepts alongside answering questions and providing help outside of class. She provides extra office hours and is straight forward on what the weekly quizzes will have and test material. TAKE HER!!!!!!!!!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MTH1308 - Ms. Ramirez is a grad student professor. She's a little awkward at times but overall really sweet and truly cares about her students' success. She has tons of office hours and even works with you if you are not available at those times. Her tests are usually 7-9 questions long and are exactly like the packets we do in class. She has weekly Pearson assignments that are kind of annoying but the workload is not bad, and she gives a 2-3 question quiz at the end of each week that's pretty much a grade booster. She also always leaves time for students to ask questions. Our class is REALLY quiet but that's not really her fault I guess. I would take her again for Pre-Calc!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:Mth 1308 - Best professor to take for business pre-calc!!! Her exams are the same questions and same exact problems as her reviews! She's such a sweet person too and will help you with whatever you need! Even if it's just to talk. She does homework quizzes every week but those are usually 3 problems and super easy to do. Her homework does take some time, because you use Pearson. Take her for business pre-calc or calc!!  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:1308 - Prof. Ramirez gets a bad rep for almost no reason. Her workload is basic as it's just the online work due once a week. She also has 1 quiz a week covering the homework due the night before. She gives the best exam reviews as half of the problems are on the actual exam. She literally tells us the exact word problems will be on the exams. She just taught her first semester and her lessons can get a little messy sometimes but if you do bad in this class it's most likely because you didn't do the work (which isn't much).  - Grade In Class:B
