Comments:2321 - She's great. Her class is straightforward. I had an A- throughout the semester but then the last test and the final dropped my grade all the way to a C. That's not her fault at all though. I didn't study that much and was focused on student org. Don't do what I did. Study and manage your time. This class is not hard at all. Tests are at most 7-8 questions. Quizzes are 1 question. Final has at most 8.  - Grade In Class:C

Comments:MTH 2321 - I would recommend taking Dr. Mitrea for Cal 3, but just know that her class is VERY fast paced. I had an A most of the semester, but keeping up with content towards the end is how I took a B. The key to an A in her class is going over the content BY YOURSELF the day or very soon after she teaches it. She even posts questions for review after class to help you with this. Dr. Mitrea had 3 tests (15% weight each), weekly quizzes (15% total), online homework (10%), and the final (30%). The homeworks and quizzes are very manageable, but your main workload comes from studying the material on your own. She is a great professor and sets you up for success, but you have to have the initiative to put in the study time. She is very nice and I would recommend her.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:2321 - I LOVE THIS WOMEN. Lowk a Romanian queen. She is incredibly engaging, very detailed in her responses to questions, super helpful in office hours, and overall great teacher. Homework is not too much, though the questions are much harder than the tests. Test questions usually look like the questions from notes, which are detailed and clear. I STRONGLY encourage taking her for Calc 3, she was wonderful  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MTH 2321 - (Mrs.)Dr. Mitrea is really great! Calculus 3 was difficult, but I walked away with an incredibly strong understanding of the material and was not left confused. She is a really organized professor, and her notes handouts are incredibly helpful. She comes to class with such a great energy and is really excited to teach us. When we are visibly confused, she makes it a point to re-explain the topic(s) so that we have a clear understanding. She really wants to see her students succeed and is always available to help. Once again, the subject material is difficult, so you will need to take the time to study and work problems. She does drop the 2 lowest quiz and homework grades, but there is no drop exam. However, if you do bad on one exam, an academic recovery IS POSSIBLE and a good final means a lot to her, so DON'T BE DISCOURAGED! Overall, I would rate Dr. Mitrea as a 10/10 and I would definitely take her again if I had to!  - Grade In Class:A
