Comments:1350 - I took his online course over the summer. His class consisted of discussions forums through packback, quizzes, and lockdown exams. I like how he had no essays. His workload for a summer class was surprisingly light compared to other summer classes I have taken. I probably spent at most 2 hours on weekdays for his class and got an A. He's a good lecturer so I'm not really sure why his rating is so low. But then again I did take him during the summer.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3351 - Dr. Yadav is a genius when it comes to theology (no glaze). I only think that sometimes it seems to overpower his teaching that in the moment its hard to understand but not that big of an issue. 2 essays , a midterm and final, and weekly packback assingments that were easy. His TA chill too and always comes dripped out.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 3351 - Loved his class and feel like I learned a lot that I still use and think about today! He was always available to talk through questions, and I really enjoyed the in-class discussion and a lot of the selected readings. Would definitely recommend taking him for theology, and I feel I left with a solid academic knowledge of the subject that I have found useful in my faith and further studies!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:intro theology - These reviews are kind of crazy. The class is really just not that hard or that much work. There are no tests. There are just two essays (1500 words each) and a take home written final (takes only a couple of hours). other than that the only assignments in the class are a weekly discussion board that is automatically graded as you write it so you can guarantee a 100 every time. If you can't handle the fact that a theology class in an academic setting isn't like sunday school then you may not like this class, but if you care more about how difficult a class is this class is less work than any other religion class i've taken.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:3351 - This class was a complete disaster from start to finish. The weekly workload is soul-crushing: endless dense readings, confusing assignments, and absolutely no help or guidance. The essays are hellish — vague prompts, impossible expectations, and grading that feels more like punishment than evaluation. The take-home final was the hardest, most frustrating assignment I’ve had to complete in my time at Baylor, and that’s saying a lot. This is supposedly a Christian theology course, yet Yadav never once opened a Bible. Instead, we were drowned in abstract philosophical nonsense, filled with massive words he never bothered to define. He speaks in a convoluted academic spiral that feels like it’s more for his own entertainment than our learning. There are no slides, no outlines, no structure — just endless, boring rambling that leaves you more confused than when you walked in. He doesn't teach — he talks. And not in a way that helps you understand anything. There is no clarity, no accessibility, and absolutely no grace when it comes to workload or grading. This class is not just bad — it’s genuinely harmful to your GPA and mental sanity. Avoid this professor like the plague. You’ll learn more from reading theology on your own than wasting a semester trying to decipher this train wreck of a course.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:REL 3351 - Honestly, I wouldn\'t put yourself through this theology class as an undergrad. If you have to take it, try to take it with a different professor. The workload is heavy, hard to keep up with, and it talks about things that are way above any other religion course I\'ve taken at Baylor. He uses big words and terms without explaining what they mean. A lot of his theology goes against Baylor\'s standards and is more progressive in nature. This is okay and typically tolerable, but he doesn\'t back most of his ideas with Scripture at all. For example, he says that God can be referred to as a \"she\" (and even referred to God as she one time--uncomfortable). Where in the Bible does it say that? I took this class as an elective option to learn more about God based on what Scripture says, and have been pretty disappointed.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:REL3351 - Simply just don't put yourself through the hellscape this class will be. You will not open the Bible in it and, if you do, be prepared for Dr. Yadav to interrupt you with some obscure explanation for why a theologian you've never heard of is more right than the Word of God. Also, if you in any way value scriptural integrity, do yourself a favor and avoid this like the plague. Never again will I take a class from this man. You should do the same if you're even a trace of a follower of Jesus.  - Grade In Class:A
