Comments:MGT 3305 - Professor Butler is the kind of professor who genuinely wants his students to be the best people they can be, whether it be in work or outside of it. He implements this philosophy into his teaching style; he does not assign any filler assignments or tests, and his lectures are engaging. From what I have seen myself and heard from others, Professor Butler has been steadily becoming a better professor with each passing semester, bringing him to where he is now: a favorite professor of many.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MGT 3305 - Doug Butler is an extremely kind and caring professor. He has a discussion based class which is very relaxed. He only has about 3 assignments and a project at the end of the year and a paper as a final. He is a very gracious grader. He wants to help you in your career as student, employee, and person. If you need to take this class do Doug. He is amazing.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - i actually really like butler. he changed the whole course and now there's no exams. there are two projects and two assignments the entire semester like its SO light. he is such a nice man and truly will help with whatever you ask. this class is so fun like we just yap and its great. the presentation at the end is worth 30% of ur grade but its so easy like no need to stress. he is getting bad reviews cuz his tests are hard but he got rid of them!!!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - Don’t take him. He has extremely difficult exams and doesn’t provide any help. All the exams are based on recent PowerPoint presentations, which consist of over 20 sets of slides. Part of your grade is participation, which is a nice perk. Just save your time and find someone else.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3305 - DO NOT TAKE. Professor Butler is a nice guy and is someone what entertaining, but his class is not set up for success. There is very little assignments and tests make up a majority of your grade. He is not very helpful when you ask for for clarification on projects. I have also asked multiple times for help for how to study for exams and have gotten nothing more than just study the slides. There are two exams and they each have 15+ powerpoint presentations, which is the only thing you have to study. The class has a large participation grade and I had this as an 8 am so it was virtually impossible to be vocal in discussion. For an elective buisness class he made it more difficult than it should have been. My least favorite class at Baylor so far.  - Grade In Class:B
