Comments:PWR 3300 - This is the best professor, hands down, for PWR 3300. This is a required class for many majors, and most people end up dreading it. But Dr. Peters is fantastic. Her class consists of 4 major projects, with the semester spent working on one at a time. The projects are all relevant to the career you will be entering, with many of them focused on AI and how it affects writing. She grades very fairly, and there are multiple revisions for each project, where she will give you direct feedback on what to change for the final draft. As long as you follow her feedback, you will get an A in the course. She has no final, which is the dream, obviously. The assignments genuinely do not take that much time, so it's not one of the classes that eats every moment of your time out of the semester, which is a common problem for a lot of the PWR 3300 professors. Dr. Peters is also just one of the nicest professors I have had at Baylor. She is a very pleasant person to speak with and learn from. I would recommend Dr. Peters over every other PWR 3300 professor, this is the only good option. - Grade In Class:A
Comments:PWR 3318 - I loved having Dr. Peters as a professor! She explained things clearly and wanted students to succeed. This PWR 3318 class was divided by three units. The first unit project was a white paper which Dr. Peters met with you during class to see where you are in the project or if there is any clarification that you need in order to be successful with this project. The second unit project was a group project which was the easiest in my opinion. For this second project it was a client portfolio which Dr. Peters chooses the client that you folks work with. She provides templates and goes over what you need to do in class. In addition to that, Dr. Peter's also meets with the groups to talk about what groups would need help with what or to do check-ins. The last project for unit three is a digital portfolio which you design your own website and do a presentation on a job of your choosing or of your digital portfolio. In each project, Dr. Peters is very technical and specific to what she wants on visuals and formatting. However, although she is specific on this, she tells you what she looks for and what she is expecting, so it is fairly easy to get a good grade in this class. Honestly, her class is really easy because she specifically tells you what she looks for in class and on her rubric. Dr. Peters is also willing to meet outside of the class time and she answers her emails in a timely manner. I never found this class to be hard and fully enjoyed this class with Dr. Peters! - Grade In Class:B+
