Comments:1320 - I love love love Dr. Bowen. She's an amazing teacher and always there to help whenever you need it. There are weekly quizzes which at first took me a while to understand how to study for but by the end of the semester I was getting A's. The tests are not horrible, about average. I got 80-90 on each test. She tells you exactly what to study most of the time. I would def take this professor if you can she's amazing.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:Numbers Patterns Relation - Might be the most confusing teacher I have ever had. She clearly knows what she's talking about, she just is not the best at portraying the material. Very tough grader on homework.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:MTH 1320 - Dr. Bowen was such an amazing professor! She is very kind and understanding. There were about 2-5 HW assignments per chapter, and a quiz almost every other class. She did end up dropping a few quizzes and swapping your lowest exam for your final if you do better on the final. The tests weren't very hard; they were pretty much copy pastes of the quizzes. For the final, DEFINITELY study the practice final she gives you, it's the only thing that'll save you in the end. She was always very willing and excited to meet with us and genuinely wanted to get to know us better. I will say the only thing I disliked is that the quizzes were often at the last 10 mins of class, so they often felt a bit rushed, but it doesnt even impact the overall grade that much. Overall, definately a great precalc professor if you ever get to take her.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:1320 - Dr. Bowen is a very nice professor. Her teaching style was okay, just hard to keep up with sometimes but if you do the homework and go to office hours with questions you will do just fine. Her exams are kind of easy in my opinion and her weekly quizzes were okay. She does drop your 3 lowest quiz grades and the final replaces your lowest exam grade if applicable. Overall, I would take her again.  - Grade In Class:A
