Comments:STL 1102 - Her class is very useful. It made me really commit to a law career and helped many of my friends realize that law was not their goal, which is what a pre-professional class should be. The workload is super easy, she's really smart and kind. And the guests she brings in are very good. The deans of law schools, heads of law firms, professors over at Baylor Law, DAs, people you want me to make connections with. This is a very good class. I recommend to anybody curious about a law career. The hate is wild and not at all accurate. - Grade In Class:A
Comments:1102 - This class was such a waste of my time. It only met once a week, and it was awful. The professor barely spoke because the class was almost entirely based on guest speakers, who were usually white people talking about how great their lives are— so not helpful at all. I completed all of my assignments, asked questions, and participated in all of her “activities,” which happened maybe three times throughout the whole semester, yet she still gave me a 25/100 for participation. She really didn’t do anything meaningful. All of the “learning” we had to do on our own by writing 300-word responses to random questions she came up with. She also made us write two essays during the semester based on our own research. She did not teach anything, the guest speakers were mostly boring, and there was way too much work (literally one to three assignments per week for a class that only met once for 50 minutes). Overall, do not take her. This class is a waste of time. If you want to learn about law, take something else— this class will only show you that other people have great lives and you’re nowhere close to them. - Grade In Class:A
