Comments:1331 - I loved Dr. Cunningham! She has such a fun personality and class can get chaotic sometimes but in a fun way! I still meet with her sometimes even though I don't have any classes with her. The workload wasn't too bad (I just procrastinated) but sometimes the videos were really long. As long as you do all of the readings assigned (including the supplemental ones) you should be fine for the reading quizzes. The exams weren't very difficult and took only around 10-20 minutes for 50 questions. There were some trick questions so watch out for those. We also had reading groups which was my favorite part of the class. Overall, she's very nice, very eccentric (in a good way) and tries to get to know every student on a personal level. I would 100% recommend her to anyone taking this class.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MH 1331 - Dr. Cunningham is one of the most brilliant women I have ever met. From the get-go, I knew she would be my favorite professor this semester. She is incredibly kind and always willing to chat. I even asked her for out of class opportunities (shadowing, internships, anything) and she was able to set me up with an incredible shadowing opportunity as a freshman. Her class was VERY content-rich, but I felt like everything we learned was interesting and meaningful. The tests were very easy (I was able to not study for one of them and pull a 97) and they were all multiple choice/ matching. The readings and videos were a bit lengthy, but again, it was all meaningful to our overall learning. If you ever have the privilege of taking her, please do it.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MH 1331 - I really liked this class because it was very engaging and interesting- Dr. Cunningham taught us very well, and made it very easy to learn! There were quizzes every class, but only the top 15 were counted towards the total grade at the end of the semester. There were 2 tests and a cumulative final. Most of the questions on the tests were made to trip you up. The tests mostly stuck to the lectures, so it's very important to pay attention because reading the book is helpful, but it won't cover everything. The tests were on paper and all multiple choice, but again, they were made to confuse you. Dr. Cunningham is not very professional. She will answer questions about assignment grading in class, and assure you that the way you are doing assignments or turning them in is okay. And then switch up when actually grading. Then, when you bring it up later, she will send copy-and-paste email responses that do not answer any of the questions you ask or points you bring up. She will eventually just stop answering your emails.  - Grade In Class:B

Comments:MH 1331 - Dr. Cunningham is awesome. If you have to pick a teacher for MH 1331, pick her! She's super fun and makes her lectures very interesting. She makes it a point to get to her know all her students and after the class, you'll have a guaranteed connection in medical humanities. It's a very easy A, and not a huge workload. You have a short reading quiz at the start of every class (she drops a few at the end of the sem). If you read the chapter, you'll be fine. And you have reading groups which do not take much time to complete (and they're due at the start of class not the night before). We only had two exams and a final. Exams are very doable (usually straight from her slides), and the final isn't bad at all. There's a big teaching presentation where you teach a chapter to the class in a small group but she let's you know what she wants from you and grades pretty easy. And there are also lots of assignments that you'll ace to pad your final grade. Easy A!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:MH 1331 - Dr. Cunningham is the sweetest woman ever! She has lived such an interesting life and is so fun to learn under. I took this class during her first semester teaching so things were a tad chaotic, but overall not terrible, and I feel like I learned so much. I'll be taking another class with her next semester and I can't wait! Take Dr. Cunningham if at all possible!  - Grade In Class:A
