Comments:ENT 3315 - This teacher speaks openly about how Baylor students have no work ethic and how much he hates teaching there. In actuality, no one can understand what he wants. Everyone in my class is confused and no matter how many questions we ask him, he never gives a clear response. Then he proceeds to give everyone failing grades. The average grade in our class currently is below 50%. This man should not be a professor, especially at Baylor.  - Grade In Class:D

Comments:3315 - Do not take this class, but if you have to, be careful when choosing your group members. The course has no exams, which initially sounds great, but the entire grade is based on group presentations. Because there are no individual grades, many students either stop showing up regularly or leave class early, knowing they will still receive the same grade as the students doing the majority of the work. In my group of five, only one other student and I consistently contributed throughout the semester, while the rest of the group did very little. Despite that, everyone received the same grade, which became extremely frustrating over time and made the workload feel very unfair. I also found the feedback and guidance in the class to be extremely unhelpful. Startup ideas were heavily criticized unless they followed a very specific structure or formula that the professor preferred, which limited creativity and made discussions less productive. Also he called our class stupid on several occasions and openly favored certain groups which was so annoying.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:ENT 3315 - Zhang is a horrible professor. He makes it extremely unclear what is expected of you on a class-by-class basis and expects you to read his mind on deliverables for each class. The core of the class is just starting a business but it is so ambiguous what he actually wants out of you. He also just flat out lies about things whether it be him going back on his word of what he said in the last class or even his own experience. He also has a weird obsession with Stanford Business School. If you like it so much, go teach there.  - Grade In Class:A
