Comments:4323 - Dr. Leal is one of the most frustrating professors I have had. Get ready to memorize super specific cybersecurity buzzwords instead of actually developing cyber skills. Unless you match the answer key exactly, you will get no credit and your grade will suffer. I got 10+ points taken off my exam for being MORE correct than she wanted me to be. Google disagrees with her half the time, which makes me believe this class is legitimately setting me back. I am afraid of using what she taught us in job interviews because I get so much conflicting information from her. Her lectures are also useless. Watch a YouTube video for 10 minutes instead of attending her lectures and you will be better off. I have never questioned the knowledge and experience of a professor before, but Dr. Leal definitely changes that. Who knew that logging files "aren't a defensive programming technique". I guess the rest of the computer science department has been lying to me from the start. All that to say, since she's the only professor who teaches cyber at the moment, be prepared to learn nothing.   - Grade In Class:B+
