Comments:HIS 1300 - US-African Relations. Took her Fall of '25. Probably one of the best and one of my favorite profs I've had here and I'm not a history major. She's literally the sweetest and helped me in my first semester. I still talk with her today! She really does care about her students! She's from Ghana, so sometimes its a little hard to understand her, but it was relaxed that it was easy to ask questions and she would clarify. I'm aware how she does her class has changed since I took it, but I'm sure its still great! You learn a lot of interesting things in the class about the history and it exposes parts of American History that are brushed over when it comes to slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade and the Middle Passage. Her class is debatably one of the more useful ones that I found interesting, and thats not just my bias to her. Definitely take good notes! If she has readings, do do them. We did reflections which were easy As. She offered LOTS of extra credit when I had her, so do that. I got technically above a 100 by the end of the semester. She's great! Take her for HIS-1300.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1300 - One of my favorite teachers ever. She is so sweet and she is passionate about the subject. She gives tons of extra credit and makes class fun so just participate and you will get extra credit almost every class. You have to write 3 essays which are all pretty easy and you can go to her for feedback and help. There are 2 exams, both very easy if you study for an hour or 2, and she gives you exactly what you need to study. The assignments are due once a week and it takes like 10 minutes. Its an easy class with a great professor and you can learn a lot of cool things.  - Grade In Class:A
