Comments:ME 3320 - Dr. Singh is a very generous professor. As someone who really struggled with the conceptual understanding of MoM, he was very eager to give our class opportunities to boost our grade in exchange with a better understanding of the material. The homework's difficulty was alright, but there were 5-7 questions per 1-2 weeks, so it didn't take much time at all. Quizzes were take-home and some were even extra credit. The tests were 3-4 questions each with about 3 parts each, and while they weren't purely conceptual, you could only do well if you really understood why and when to use certain equations/rules. He provides an equation sheet during exams, but again, I highly recommend you take the time to understand when and why to use formulas along with your practice of the homework and quizzes before exam day. I was very grateful to be in Dr. Singh's class, and know that he is sometimes an intense man who's very much about respect and showing up on time, but he gets more chill towards the end of the semester. I'd definitely recommend taking him for Mechanics of Materials! (Grade: A-) - Grade In Class:A
