Comments:Med Terminology - This class is a breeze. You have a quiz every week, 2 tests, and a final. There is plenty of extra credit opportunities offered on the quizzes and throughout the semester. Dr. White doesnt give out any homework, all you need to do is study your vocab. He's very clear about his expectations for the class and how he grades, and he's really nice. Attendance and participation is a pretty big part of your grade, so dont skip. Lectures are pretty boring but he tires to make them interesting with some greek/ roman mythology and facts! If you need to take this class I would 10/10 recommend Dr. White.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3381 - I actually enjoyed this class. Dr. White makes it bearable with his sense of humor. He is so friendly and will make time for you whenever you need it. There are about 15 quizzes, 2 midterms, and 1 final. Memorize the page numbers he tells you to go over and you are golden.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3381 - His class can get a tad boring at times especially if you're like me and don't really care for Greek mythology and random stuff that's not in Medical Terminology. His class is easy if you study at least 30 minutes to an hour for the quizzes (he drops 2). I never took notes so I developed study guides for every quiz and he gives extra credit so its not too bad. If you keep the quizzes and study them the midterm and final will be pretty easy!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3380 - Dr. White has dry humor, but he is a good teacher. However, his lectures are very dry and pretty boring. However, his class is just mainly vocab tests- and extra credit on each one, so it's never difficult. MT was a good class to take, and enjoyed it. It was a pretty easy A (he drops a few quizzes too.)  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3380 - Mr. White is amazing. He knows the material very well and covers it very thoroughly. He always posts review material on Blackboard, so you always know what will be on the test. There are fun and interesting projects, like putting on an ancient Greek play. The paper due at the end of the semester is really the only thing about this class that is hard. Mostly it is just fun.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:3380 - one of the boringest profs Ive ever had...he lectures the entire pd and his lectures arent engaging at all...thats OK though because you just need to sign the sign-in sheet and you can leave...you also dont need to read any of the books...before each test, he posts a "review," which is really the entire test...even if you never pay attention in class, spending about an hour or two w/ the review and wikipedia is all you need to make 100s on each test...he does require a 9-pg research paper which sux...but if you make A's on all the tests like you should...the paper wont be so bad...overall very easy but very boring class  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3380 - This was a great class! At the beginning it seems like you will have to read Tons of books (and if you really love mythology you will)but you will soon learn that it isn't necessary. I read one chapter in the Illiad and I pulled an A in the class. All you need to do is study the Study guides he posts on blackboard and you will do fine. I showed up late for the final and he let me finish it in his office! I have to say he is one of the coolest prof's ever! His lectures weren't that bad either, sometimes they were a little boring but it is an easy GPA booster.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3380 - Mr. White is a very helpful teacher and quick to respond to people. He really knows his mythology too. There were only 3 tests including the final and one paper. In place of the second test, you can choose to do a creative project. Do the project. He gives you some options and it is really easy. Overall the tests were not difficult. He puts some extra credit on there, but use all the study guides that he posts on blackboard. His lectures can be a bit tedious, but take good notes anyway and you will get an A in this class. Overall, with little effort this class is an easy A.   - Grade In Class:A

Comments:LAT 1301 - First of all, that's a typo, because MR. White's first name is David. but that's beside the point. i suppose he's a good professor, nothing spectacular though. he's a nice enough guy but not much of a people person. sometimes looks upward instead of at the students while he teaches or answers a question. can be a cynic and a smart alec which makes class a bit more interesting. overall, not a bad prof. to take.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:3380 - I had to take this course for a fine arts credit and I was dreading every second of it, especially after I bought all the books for it (Which weren't too expensive) I had a bunch of other more important classes to read for, so I was dreading the work load. I never cracked a book, just spent a couple hours doing the reviews before the midterm and the test. Both of which I made 100s on (they are short answer, you write anything you know about each term) and there are 3 quizzes, but he drops the lowest grade. There is also a project or paper that is really easy to get an A on. Take his class!  - Grade In Class:A
